This work is very expensive and we consume a ton of cat food, use a ton of cat litter, and use a ton of cleaning supplies. Not to mention the ton of used cat litter that comes out of here. I do use the compressed pine litter to try to be as easy on the environment as I can. I have a very cute little dumpster that I've rented and having that onsite has helped tremendously. Anyone want to be my dumpster-sponsor? I can send you a personalized photo of Dumpy, the dumpster, and keep you up to date on her progress here at the sanctuary!

Money is the one thing we're always short of, it seems. Vet bills and food bills – out of this world..... If it wasn't for New Hope Animal Hospital and Mebane Pet Clinic, who have worked with me closely to help every single cat and dog, I just don't know what I'd do.... Thanks, guys! If you want to make a donation, I can accept them through Paypal - please be sure to enter your mailing address so I can send you a tax receipt. Click SEND MONEY and enter our email address, OGAS@EARTHLINK.NET.... Thank you!

We eat alot! Actually, this box wasn't what these babies were eating, it was just put there for them to play in. The simplest toys are the best. Boxes, bags, and rolls of paper towels can entertain for hours!

Piled High in the Foyer
Moving bags of litter and food and cases of canned food into the house. It all gets piled into the foyer and then distributed around the house.
